      helpful to you?

The strength of this book is its readability and layout; it covers limit holdem in a situational way, starting off the action with key points. The name of the game is maximizing your winnings.

I found that the greatest contributon this book makes is communicating to the reader a sort of fearlessness in Limit Holdem, where if there is good logic to go to a showdown, you should do it.

As usual, there are some real gems in this book, but it remains a primer that will improve your basic play.

Not for beginners, it even states this on page 14. “Many of these concepts are not effective in very low limit games.”
