    I used this as a text and it is excellent for leanring to cope with and about mood disorders. The techniques were presented clearly and simply. It was a very effective aid for me while coping with a recent bout of depression.

    CBT is effective for coping with many behavioural issues. WHile the focus is Mood Disorder, this is a great tool for dealing with the many stressors of moern living.
