    The best veggie cookbook!

This is a wonderful cookbook, the recipes are mostly really easy, and virtually foolproof. When I first went vegan ten years ago, I didn't really know what to eat, but with this cookbook I was suddenly making amazing vegan food. It's got all the basics covered, from breakfasts and appetisers to easy main dishes to cakes and scrumptious desserts. My favourite cookbook of all time!
