Robin has everything a girl could want. Thanks to her mother-the internationally beloved talk show host Mimi Schwartz-Robin's got the money, the means and the connections to make even her wildest dreams come true. so why, then, does she choose to sit alone in a dark room watching endless reruns of you, you and Mimi?

Don't ask Robin. She doesn't know-not, at least, until the bizarre discovery of an old high-school ring propels her to ditch New York for a tiny Nova scotian fishing village. In her quest to solve the mystery behind the ring's origin, Robin finds more than a renewed joie de vivre. she discovers love, the truth of her own background- and the shocking secret that helped make her mother a star.

It's as if the picture suddenly blows up to a full-screen image. The rest of the room shrinks down to a little icon in the corner. I'm stunned. until this very second, I didn't seriously believe Mimi had anything to do with Port Minton. Sure, she had the ring but-I don't know-I figured I'd find some totally reasonable explanation for that. This is not reasonable.
I stare at the picture in the bulletin. It's blurry and faded, but it's definitely Mimi. What would a kid from new york be doing in a place like this? What would a Jewish kid be doing in a Baptist church bulletin?

    Good Book. Very Surprising. :)

When I saw this book , it was in one of my friends lockers at school. She had just started reading it and said I could have it when she was done. But I just couldn't wait any longer and took it . This book was pretty good. But it was different, definetly different than what the cover makes it look like. I thought it was amazing because this attractive rich teenager goes from her mothers loft, to an almost abandoned town in Nova Scotia in the spanned of about 2 or 3 days. It surprised me durastically at the things that happen in this book . while reading it though , I had to let the book never leave my sight. One of my best friends Jacob would take the book when I wasn't looking and start reading it his self. So, that already tells you that the book is a good read seeing as so many people are wanting to read it. Getting back on topic, I think this book is very good. But I think there should have been way more romance. Lol
