Really, really works!
When I first started thinking about losing some weight I knew I couldn’t do these fad diets that bombard you everywhere you go. I heard an ad for this book and after some research decided I would spend the $20 and see what it’s all about. Got through the book fairly quickly and jumped right into the 5 day cleanse and started to follow to daily recommendations. I tailored the meals to my liking and off I went. What I liked about this book was it gave me the basics to change the way I eat and the type of foods. I have completed treated this diet, not as a diet but a lifestyle change. Since starting in mid May I have lost 35 pounds (no exercise, other than running after my two boys). I follow the meal plan (at least my own variation) Monday to Friday and have what I want on the weekends (although I find that I’m more sensible as the pounds come off.) I would strongly recommend this book to anyone. Although you may not see the difference for a month, I started to feel more energetic with in weeks. I know I will eventually have to start exercising to lose the next 10 pounds, but I think I’ll hold off for a few more months :)
