Best Cookbook Ever

I have used and enjoyed this cookbook so much that I purchased a second copy as a gift. It is absolutely the best cookbook I have ever used. Period.

This book is wonderful. It has so much information, I would have expected to pay much much more than the list price for such a wealth of information! Just don't expect fancy pictures or glossy pages. It has none. It surprised me when it arrived in the mail just how thick and heavy it was. I found it so interesting that it could be read as a novel, with explanations of scientific techniques and methodology behind the recipes and the tests that were conducted to come up with "the best recipe… + read more

Can't live without this cook book

If you only own one cook book in the world this would be it. I love this book - it's unbelievable. It is the ultimate cook book/ reference book for the kitchen, everything has been prepared and tested every possible way, with the most successful results shared with you. Everyone should have it. There is so much information in here it is stunning. Not only is it an amazing cook book but it is fascinating reading as well.
