This is the best book on the subject of bodybuilding. With over 800
pages there is as much information as you could want, including
info and tips on hundreds of specific exercises. The book is
divided into sections, so you can easily find what you want and
pass what you don't. It has great and accurate information, and
will be the best book out there until Arnold makes a revised
edition.
For Arnold fans, there are hundreds of great pictures...but this is
just what it says, and encyclopedia of bodybuilding. If you want
Arnolds biography, pick up The Education of a Bodybuilder, by
Arnold Schwarzenegger (which is a great book, by the way) (The
encyclopedia does have info on Arnold, but is not as detailed as
the book I recommended)
