The Next Always: Book One Of The Inn Boonsboro Trilogy

by Nora Roberts

Berkley Trade | November 1, 2011 | Trade Paperback

"America''s favorite writer" (The New Yorker) begins an all-new trilogy-inspired by the inn she owns and the town she loves.

The historic hotel in BoonsBoro, Maryland, has endured war and peace, changing hands, even rumored hauntings. Now it''s getting a major facelift from the Montgomery brothers and their eccentric mother. As the architect of the family, Beckett''s social life consists mostly of talking shop over pizza and beer. But there''s another project he''s got his eye on: the girl he''s been waiting to kiss since he was fifteen...

    As Always Fantastic

In typical Nora Roberts fashion, this book was fantastic. I really loved the premise behind this book, the characters, the poeple, and fell in love with a town that i will have the opportunity to visit one day. The story was great, had a great pace, the love scenes were written well, nothing awkward or too trashy. In all a typical Roberts read. And that is a fantastic thing.

    Typical Nora Roberts

Same as all her other books, as much as I like her books and as easy as they are to read, it seems like she has run out of plots as all her books seem the same now. Would I recommend this? Sure. Should you spend a fortune on it? No. Get it from the library or used book store.

I couldn't put it down! As per usual, Nora pulls you in and keeps you reading. Sadly, the next book won't be available until next year - what ever will I do?!

    Good Start to New Series

I really enjoy all of Nora Roberts books. They are light reads with a little humour and always a happy ending. This book follows the pattern and is an enjoyable read. It introduces all the characters for the upcoming books and sets the tone for the series. I loved Beckett and Clare. I'm definitely reading the next book. Especially looking forward to Ryder's!

I enjoyed The Next Always as well. Owens story is next but I'm with you in looking forward to Ryder's story! It looks like he'll be with Hope but for whatever reason he doesn't seem to like her. too bad we have to wait until May for the next one. Happy reading!

I have to agree, i love Nora's writing. After reading the first book i'm anxious for the next two! I loved all three brothers! but defiantly looking forward to reading Ryder's story!

Nora does it again - main characters you love and respect and the secondary people are interesting people you would like to know. Can't wait to learn more about Lizzie and I hope she gets her happy ending too!
