    Pretty Good!

This was a really quick read--just two hours or so--but a good one, too. I went into it pretty doubtful but it was fun, funny, and really cute!

I probably won't watch the movie (judging from the trailer, they've changed a lot) but the book is worth a read. Pick it up from a library, or maybe if you see it on sale.

The characters were all really well-developed, and funnily enough, I actually liked Tris quite a lot. And Norah--Norah was hilarious!--and Nick, too. Good read!

Fantastical rendition of two teens beginning something new in a chaotic world. The characters are completely believable and intelligent. This adventure of two people, one night, and a drunken best friend opens the world of teenage angst in a complete realistic fashion. It was like reliving everything I've felt from age ten to age twenty in 183 pages.

This book was recommended by a number of customers and friends and it was just delightful. The swearing was a bit gratuitous in my opinion, but understandable. A great he said she said story, about a night that I think everyone wishes they could experience.

I really liked this book! I thought it was just a wonderful example of not just teen love, but those awkward transitional moments between relationships, between what was and realizing that you're worth much more than that.

A lot of cute musical references and modern teen verbiage, but it really doesn't dissuade the reader from the intensity of the two characters. It's fantastic to read it from both their view points... giving you the urge to smack them both and just say "Talk to each other!!"

When the authors get to the point where Nick and Norah try to take that relationship to the next level, I was almost disappointed. I didn't want the story (the relationship?) to end on that note, thus sort of invalidating everything that had happened up to that point. It was handled so well, so comically, and in exactly the right direction, though, that I, as the reader, felt entirely vindicated.

I liked this book - a story of the one crazy night Nick and Norah meet in a club in New York City. A story of music and exes and screwed up relationships and attraction. It was a quick read and I want to read the author's next collaboration. I didn't like it as much as the Gingerbread series though. And it is definitely high school teenagers.

    A Perfect Teenage Night Out

Written by two exceptional teen fic authors, Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist is the type of night I wish I had have experienced in high school. From their first meeting and subsequently, first kiss, to sunrise where they're dancing in the rain utterly exhausted but reluctant to end the night, it feels like you are right there with them throughout their Saturday night adventures. Each new wrench in the night's plans is viewed through both teens' eyes thus giving the reader both sides of the story. This is a book that will be enjoyed by tweens, teens and young adults, male or female. Even those out of high school can appreciate the story, as it brings back those awkward and uncertain feelings that goes along with your teen years, yet at the same time, reminding you of those unexpected nights where anything can and does happen.
