    I remember reading the series and thinking why couldn't i read Noah's Story, why did it have to be the last one. It was a great book, although I am curious as to how it can be the last in this series when Ruth is not yet caught? I'm now reading the Shadowdwellers Series and I'm so far not that into the series although, in all fairness I'm not that far into the book itself.(2010- 001

    The Demon King, Noah, is a strong character who is troubled by his emotions and now his new mate, Kestra. Kestra is a risk seeking, adrenaline junkie, and works on perilous missions, so when Noah brings her into his world to explain to her that she is his mate, things do go as planned and he finds her to be the stubbornest woman alive. Rogue vampires have a plan or two up their sleeves, but can any of them figure out who they are after.

    Well if you like books with less dialogue than this is for you. I found myself wanting to get to the end and not because i couldn't wait to find out what happens, but so i could start a different book. I normally love this author, but i found this book rather drull. It was great to revisit the other characters from previous books, but this was a struggle to finish. Guess i never connected with Noah and Kestra so I didn't care what happened to them. Prefer way more dialogue.

    This book is by far the best out of the five in the series The Nightwalkers. Hot steamy love scenes from beginning till the end leaving you panting and drooling all the way. Not to mention the action scenes right from A to Z. Now that's what a book is all about. This book will keep you reading non-stop. You won't be able to put it down! I wonder if the first book of the new series The Shadowdwellers coming in January 2009 will be as good as this series. Thumbs up!
