I usually don't enjoy books that center around the Germans vs. the Jews. However this book is so much more than that. I first read it in grade five, and countless times since then. This is a classic and definitely one of a kind!

This book is wondeful in many ways. It is a family crisis for a girl named Ellen. She is a jewish child who runs to her bestfriend when the germans are after thier kind. read NUMBER THE STARS By Lois Lowry to find out if Ellen and her family will be safe or devestated.

2 Words. Historical Fiction. It sounds boring, but after reading the book, I really got a better understanding of the germans vs. the jews. It can be very interesting! Although, there are some parts that drags on, other than that, pure greatness!!!!
