A pinch of time travel, a dash of mythology, a wink of history and a garnish of hilarity!

Expecting a dull summer, Clare Reid instead finds her years of being an average girl in a family & friend life chalk full of genius's shattered by a single touch to a shiny artifact... This book was a real page turner that breathes new life and wit into history! Lesley's blend of artful writing and endearing humour make this a delightful read. I genuinely couldn't guess what would happen next and found myself so intrigued by the storyline that I was looking up the historical events cited in the plot! A cast of quirky, endearing characters and charming heroes lead the way and I loved the storyline for Clare's archaeologist Aunt and her former beau turned criminal! A great summer read! :)
