So here we finally get Stryker's story, and he finally finds a woman. Will this make him a better man or a worse Daimon, only time will tell.

His current Daimon crew learns a new trick that threatens the rest of the world, and I'm curious to see what the Dark Hunter's are going to do when they find out about it. Frankly I'm curious if there's anything they CAN do...

This has that short story feel to it again. Like Kenyon didn't really have a whole heck of a lot to say about Stryker this time round, despite to doozy of a left hook she presents.

So I don't think I will be cheering for the bad guys anytime soon but I did find that Stryker isn't always such a d%$k, I found it very interesting that Stryker got a book because I never expected that because of the fact he's the enemy but I still found it pretty good. I will say this is not by any chance a favorite of mine in the series but I still liked the plot and I really enjoyed a little section towards the end that involved a bit of a truce. I have to say even though I felt some compaaion for the characters they were not my favs and I wish they were a bit nicer I guess but I understand why they are the way they are. Overall pretty good book I look forward to the next. :0)

I`m not saying that I like the bad guys, cause I don't really. I`m dark hunters all the way. However this story was good, the plot was interesting, and it shed some light onto the inner workings of the evil guys. The big bad has a heart. Who knew?

I have never had such a strong dislike for a fictional character as I do for Stryker. But I did enjoy this one. Not that I want him to have anymore books! But it was interesting.

This book is about Stryker.....the evil leader of the Damions. Once I started reading it though, it was a nice change to be reading about one of the bad guys life and love. Zephyra is a strong woman character that is hard to resist, you can't help but like her. The more I read it the more I loved it.
