In his position as Tracker for the SnowDancer pack, Drew Kincaid must rein in rogue changelings who''ve lost control of their animal halves- even if it means killing those who''ve gone too far. But nothing in his life has prepared him for the battle he must now wage-to win the heart of a woman who makes his body ignite...and who threatens to enslave his wolf.

After a couple so so books in this series, Nalini Singh is back. I can't say enough about how good this book was. The Head Council of Psy is breaking and the net is fracturing. Will Silence Fall? The ghost who has always been so strong and is helping both the cats and wolves, is also starting to come apart. With the Council no longer united, sides are being drawn and plans hatched, including the elimination of both the cat and wolf packs. We also have the deaths of some of the Psy that Max and Sophia have been investigating continuing from the previous book. Indigo is a Lieutenant of the Snowdancer Wolf Pack and a dominant female. It will take a strong dominant male to take her on. Drew Kincaid is the tracker for Snowdancer, and doesn't answer to anyone but his Alpha. He has been interested in Indigo for some time and when he decides to stake his claim on Indigo, get ready for fireworks. While dealing with the attraction to one another, that isn't going away anytime soon, they both are investigating why metal objects that belong to the Psy are being found on their territory at an alarming rate. With the help of Lucas and his cats and their increasing network of alliances, they are starting to under cover what could be war with the Psy Council. Intermingled in all this we get moments with Hawke and Sienna. I can hardly wait for their book (June 2011 - Hardcover). This book delivers in every way possible. Lots of wonderful and touching moments with Indigo and Drew as well with the rest of the pack. We are introduced to old and new characters which I hope will lead to each having their own story at some point. I am also hoping that Nalini Singh will give us stories involving the newly aligned Falcons and Rat Packs and would love to know who is the Ghost? But for now - I am counting down the months to Hawkes Story. I have to say though not too keen on the cover for it.
