    Exciting sequel...

(In the event the Chapters/Indigo website deletes my rating, I gave this book 4 out of 5 stars/leaves.)

Once again, Wilson delivers edge of your seat adventure in a fascinating world of magic and romance. This sequel picked up where the last book left off and delivered continued excitement and discovery with regards to the characters and the world in which they live.

All in all, this was an extremely well crafted sequel: exciting adventure, romance, fine character and story development...

Personally, I'm off to read the sequel to this sequel (i.e. the final book in the series)! ;-)

    Other books I recommend:
    -Transformation, by Carol Berg
    -Inda, by Sherwood Smith
    -Dragon Bound, by Thea Harrison
    -Stormwalker, by Allyson James

    Disappointed

I really enjoyed the first books in this series. I even enjoyed this one to an extent but the series is creeping along at a snail's pace. It seems as if the storyline is being dragged out to the extreme and the wait between books makes it hard to stay with it. It becomes especially noticeable if you read them back to back. I usually love series in which the author can continue a series of books with connecting characters but this one is losing interest for me.

I just finished with this book and I have to say.... I've really enjoyed it!! Every chapter has kept me reading on with suspense. I was almost afraid the writer forgot a particular character, but that wasn't the case, and am glad for it. :) I don't find that the story is being dragged out as there are lots of events going on throughout the map. I can't lose interest when something is happening. I'm glad I completed this book just in time for the next. I hope Chapters will have it in stock very soon!
