I had to look up the definition of "rapture" because this book had so little of it I questioned my own ideas about the meaning. I never fully believed Matthias as our leading man in this book. The romance/hotness factor in this book was low, very low, too low. I was mostly disappointed. Bring back Isaac/Grier ... because Mels/Matthias cannot hold a candle to their smolder. The "game" between good and evil barely advanced in this book as well. I must say, it was just ok, and not at the high standard I've come to expect from Ward!

Book four in the Fallen Angels series was great, it had all the elemets that the first thee books had and then extra twists and turns thrown in. Our soul for this book was Matthias and we know him from book twowhne he was suppose to be the saved soul but Jim got him mixed up with Isac Roth. I thought that was an interesting turn of events for the story having a past soul get another chance. Mels was our main girl for the book as well as Matthias match. As always Jim was greta in the book even though he is going through some problems with Devina, Devina is as evil as always and she was doing some really low stuff to mess with jim. I will say that at times it hard to really get in to this book I think it was because of Matthias I never really saw him as a good guy so him trying to gt redeemed threw me off at times. Overall this book was great it had an awesome ending and it really maes me wonder how the next book is going to go, thr story and characters were great even hough they took some tme to grow on me. :0)
