Rogue

I know that better than most. Since rejoining the Pride, I''ve made big decisions and even bigger mistakes: the kind paid for with innocent lives. As the first and only female enforcer, I have plenty to prove to my father, the Pride and myself. And with murdered toms turning up in our territory, I''m working harder than ever, though I always find the energy for a little after-hours recreation with Marc, my partner both on and off duty.

But not all my mistakes are behind me. We''re beginning to suspect that the dead are connected to a rash of missing human women and that they can all be laid at my feet--two or four, take your pick. And one horrible indiscretion may yet cost me more than I can bear....

    Let the cat fight begin

This is book two in the Shifters series and I think my review title fits the book really well, there was a whole lot of fighting in this book but that always makes for good entertainment. This was a good book I think it could have been better because it was a tad slow in some parts but it still kept my interest. I found that I liked Fayth more in this book and she didn't come off super annoying but some of the other characters (dad,Marc and brothers) are a little to hard on her,I just found they take a situation and constantly blame her for things even when there not her fault and that really bugged me.Sorry my little rant moment that probably didn't even make sense.Overall a good book could have been better but I'll be checking out the next in the series. :0)

I was really hoping that this would be better than Stray, but I lost interest.

This is the first book I've read in this series and will definitely be backtracking to read the first. Love the premise, it's so refreshing. I agree with a lot that has been said in the reviews posted so far such as I did think this book dragged in places and I just wanted to shake Faythe at some points and say, " Get it together girl, listen to Vic". I also really like Marc.

Over all, a highly entertaining read, I'm so glad I picked this book up.

    A good Sequel

I was a little apprehensive when I began to read "Rogue", as it is my experience that the second book of a serie is often less good than the first... and once again, I was pleasantly surprised!

"Rogue" picks up not too long after the end of "Stray" and quickly pulls the reader into the action. The book is a very nice continuity of the first one while still being a complete new story. It's nice to see the characters and their relationships evolve and change along the story and to witness Faythe's struggle between what she wants and what she should do.
