I love business books and this book is a winner. Covey (junior) does a great job at breaking down the elements of trust and giving us a road map to better evaluate and leverage trust in our life. As a leader in business, on a sports team or in a community setting; I recommend reading this book. It will forever change your opinion of the value of trust. (Take the time to build a personal book report with this book. You will use it in the future!)

Using the tried and true Covey formula, Stephen Covey Jr. tells a combination of business, personal and inspirational stories to make his point: good character is good business. You can probably skim through this piece of fluff in 15 minutes but I'll save you the time: Trust is essential to leadership and business relationships, and you build trust by being transparent, being congruent with your stated intent, and getting results. The one thing he wrote which also isn't particularly revelatory, but is still a nice reminder: when you have trust, you can express yourself badly and people will still understand you. But if you don't, you can be as measured and precise as possible and people will still misunderstand and misinterpret what you say. Ah, so true.
