As usual, Scaredy Squirrel is scared, scared, scared, and makes a
great plan to leave his home to find this friend. As usual, he has
a contingency plan set up and, as usual, nothing goes according to
plan.
Full of more fantastic illustrations by Watt, this book teaches us
that the one you think may make a perfect friend for you may not be
the one who's lurking around the corner! Your ideal friend may not
be exactly what you thought they would be-and Scaredy Squirrel
shows us that that's okay! It's a message for people, young and
old.
A wonderful addition to the series, Melanie Watt just keeps getting
better and better.
