Through his workshops and this book he has been an inspiration to thousands and thousand of people to reset their money thermometer to success and wealth. This is one of those books everyone should have in their library.

In 2003, my mother presented my husband and me with tickets to one of T. Harv Eker's seminars. Having seen many famous top speakers over the past two decades, I was a bit skeptical at first. I thought that perhaps it would be "the same old same old". But it wasn't.

After attending the introductory seminar, my husband and I invested in Harv's MMI or Millionaire Mind Intensive seminar. WOW! Most of what he teaches is in this book. His practical approach and "no holds barred" attitude are what make his seminars and books so enjoyable. This guy doesn't pull any punches or give you vague information. He tells it like it is and shows you how to do it. His methods and seminars are like no other.

We've since attended a few more seminars and have been impressed with each one. Many of our friends and family have read this book, and it has changed many lives. I highly recommend this book and any other by Harv. Secrets of the Millionaire Mind is more a 'science' and not some get-rich-scheme. The book is brave, blunt and brilliant. Please don't buy this book! Save your money for better ones such as David Bach's series of books on achieving financial wealth and stability. Right from the start it looked as though the book was just a lead-up and sales pitch for his seminars which go for thousands of dollars and my suspicions were confirmed. This book could have been summarized in less than a chapter but Eker dragged it on into a full book. It is now clear to me how he made his millions - by charging an arm and a leg on hot air versus substance. I was very disappointed because at the end of it there were no clear instructions or strategies on how to improve my finances, just promises that the real information and life-changing material would be disclosed at his seminars. He quoted a lot of sayings (most of which were his own) that were more like cliches than sound financial advice. I regret wasting my time and money on this book. I've never written a review for a book but felt compelled to because I didn't want anyone else to waste their time or money on such tripe.

The information in this book, and the seminar that Harv offers people who buy this book, totally transfored my life! Less than a year after attending the seminar, I am building a businss doing what I love, teaching parents how to parent with ease and joy. Our family life has improved dramatically because my husband is off work!!! He quit just before Christmas last year, one month before his 40th birthday! Now he is a full-time real estate investor, which means he works from home and can set his own hours.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is less than totally in love with all aspects of their life. Every aspect of our life has improved dramatically, from our marriage to our family life to our passion and zest for life. Although this book is about financial freedom, the benefis have spread to all areas of my life.
