    Worst book ever 1

    My wife received this book recently as a gift. It is not a book of "solutions" - it is a poorly compiled collection of research. There were about 7 pages of "solutions" out of a 304 page book, which for me is a large waste of time. This book contains enough contradictory information to support almost anything you could possibly do to make your child sleep. You may as well look up your "solutions" in online forums!

    I read a LOT of sleep books in trying to get my boys (now age two and four) to go to sleep, and to stay asleep. It was incredibly difficult to find a book that gave real, practical advice without making me feel bad for being too hard or too soft with my child. To continue the Goldilocks analogy - finally a book that is "just right"! It's written in small, easy to consume bites - perfect when you're sleep deprived!!
