    Worst book ever

My wife received this book recently as a gift.
It is not a book of "solutions" - it is a poorly compiled collection of research.
There were about 7 pages of "solutions" out of a 304 page book, which for me is a large waste of time.
This book contains enough contradictory information to support almost anything you could possibly do to make your child sleep.
You may as well look up your "solutions" in online forums!

I read a LOT of sleep books in trying to get my boys (now age two and four) to go to sleep, and to stay asleep. It was incredibly difficult to find a book that gave real, practical advice without making me feel bad for being too hard or too soft with my child. To continue the Goldilocks analogy - finally a book that is "just right"!

It's written in small, easy to consume bites - perfect when you're sleep deprived!! And not only does it review the available literature on the major ideas in the field of sleep research, but it offers practical ideas and solutions that you can start using RIGHT NOW! And I liked reading about the experiences of other moms and dads, so I know we're not the only ones going through this.

This is by far the best sleep book out there. Five stars - and lots of zzzzzzzzs!
