Two words... It's hot.

this is a great book to read as couple together or when long distance to see how and what each other think of the book. it is very explicit on some of the details but all in all I really found it to be one of the best erotic books out there

The books are good, and I would recommend reading them if you're into dominance and submission, as there is a lot of it in Anne's 3 books.....but the spanking in them gets quite repetitive!

I came across the Beauty Trilogy several days ago, and quickly read through all three books. Towards the end of Claiming, I was already noticing a strong sense of repetition. By the end of the second and third books, I was convinced the trilogy would have been better condensed into one novel. The premise of the material is clear, in that Beauty is awakened not only from the long sleep, but sexually by her new experiences. The writing is typical of Anne Rice, by means of solid descriptions, details, and frank sexual undertones all series through; but I must attest I found this series far from shocking. A good intro for those new to erotica.

Wow! Anne Rice has really outdone herself. The Claming of Sleeping Beauty is a wonderful, and playful tale of a young woman's sensual journey to womanhood set in the medieval times (how Arthurian). It's a great story lined with fantastical scenes. You may wish to be Sleeping Beauty yourself. It's a fun story, your own playgirl novel. Don't worry, it has plot and sexiness in abundance!!!

Psychology? Erotcia? Spritual? This series brings the reader into a world of horror and pleasure. It will test your soul and awaken the desires within.

Anne Rice has a wonderful way of putting our fantasies in writing...a definite "must read".
