    Damn...it's a long book...but Damn...it's a good book!

    It simply looks real...the characters act like adults!

    I just can't decide if i will read all the series...it takes so much of my time! I've read this one in more than two months because i have other books to read for school!

    Friends make fun of me because i often rean 3 books in the same time, and it gets confusing...

    Goodkind didn't have a life to write these books...and we don't have lifes either to read them!!!

    Terry has a way of capturing, not only your interest, but you become the character's also. Any of the character's not just those of the same sex. Have read the whole series, and I hope he writes others. I agree with all but 1 other review, so won't be repetitive for the most part. All read in less than a week. Those who didn't enjoy this series, don't enjoy much. Thank you Terry for changing outlooks and giving so many so much enjoyment. Please keep up the entertainment, you have a wonderful way with words.

    Maybe even better than Wizard's First Rule this book is truly excellent. Goodkind really knows how to jerk the heart-strings and attach the reader to the characters. Hey, if anyone knows how to do that, i would love to know!

About the Author

Terry Goodkind is a #1 New York Times bestselling author. His books include the eleven-volume Sword of Truth series, beginning with Wizard's First Rule, the basis for the television show Legend of the Seeker. Goodkind was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, where he also attended art school. Alongside a career in wildlife art, he has also been a cabinetmaker and a violin maker, and he has done restoration work on rare and exotic artifacts from around the world -- each with its own story to tell, he says. While continuing to maintain the northeastern home he built with his own hands, in recent years he and his wife Jeri have created a second home in the desert Southwest, where he now spends the majority of his time.
