From Our Editors

Much to her shock and dismay, unwed Dynah learns she is pregnant. Angry and disappointed, Dynah's Christian family tries to help her reach a decision about whether or not to keep the child and in their desperation, they even discuss abortion. Just when the future seems bleak, Dynah receives a ray of hope from her faith in Francine Rivers' The Atonement Child.

From the Publisher

A beautiful repackaged edition of Francine Rivers''s classic novel that breaks through the many taboos surrounding abortion. In one terrifying moment, Dynah Carey''s perfect life is shattered by rape, her future irrevocably altered by an unwanted pregnancy, and her doting family torn apart. Her seemingly rock-solid faith is pushed to the limits as she faces the most momentous choice of her life--to embrace or to end the untimely life within her.

This new edition includes discussion questions for individual or group use.

Theologically weak, but a literary wonder! 4

I could hardly put this book down. It presented the emotions of a woman who finds herself pregnant after being raped so well, I found myself emotionally involved. Great reading and highly recommended.
