Well, I finally did it after 18 months of hard work on my business and it's as if it was written just for me. A must read for a small business owner, even if things are going well.

Honestly, it's all been said in the other reviews, but I just wanted to add another to the list. Incredible book. A must read. Don't think. Just buy it! It's that good.

The book does get a bit wordy after a while, but it really is like an entrepreneur's Bible. It will help you understand yourself and therefore, how to run your business. If you're losing money, direction or motivation, this book will help get you back on track. It is a must read for all business people - from aspiring entrepreneurs to experienced ones. I've bought 4 copies - one for me and three others for my friends in business.

A must-read for any small business person or would-be entrepeneur. As a co-owner of a small property management office, I would have thought Michael Gerber had been sitting and watching over my left shoulder as our business developed. He clearly identifies why many small businesses don't work, and provides a step-by-step plan for fixing the inevitable problems that the person growing a successful business will encounter. Now, as a business consultant, I am seeing the inside workings of numerous small businesses, many of whom suffer from the same problems Michael Gerber identifies.

A short read. Concise and to the point. This book will change the way you think about your business. I highly recommend it.

As a business coach, I see a lot of entrepreneurs going crazy with long hours and big frustration. This book takes you one step back and has you analyze your business all over again. His stories help you see the point and how to apply his model. But save yourself the grief of reading the letter to Sara at the end. Phew!
