I really like that Bob was willing to tackle a taboo topic that affects so many workplaces. He shares some terrific strategies on how to eliminate the problem. I know Bob and think he is terrific. He is an active member of the ‘d.school’ at Stanford which teaches and fosters ‘design thinking’. Design thinking is near and dear to my heart and will be the subject of my next book.

I passed this one along to a colleague and told him to make sure to return it as soon as he is done...I plan on getting my teenagers to read it as well. Even though it talks about work related "assholes", I could see the connection with dealing with people like that in everyday life.

    Well worth it!
