I read this book 25+ years ago and it is still the best book I've ever read. No wonder it is one of the 50 bestselling books of all time. I am a Napoleon Hill Foundation Certified Instructor.

I'm yet to meet someone that hasn't been inspired by this book. There's several different versions/prints of the this book but this one is all you need. It's also lightweight so it's great for travelling. If you want to know where some of the great thinkers of our time have gotten inspired, this is the book!

There is yet to be another diligent author that can deliver the same level of inspiration, motivation, and personal assistance as Napoleon Hill in Think and Grow Rich. This entrepreneurs bible to success was written only after more then twenty years of intensive, thorough, examination of the characteristics and productive habits of many successful Americans. Napoleon without question, was certified to claim he discovered the secret to success.

Mr. Hill, being inspired by Andrew Carnegie, (a very success American business man) continued after his research, fabricating this beneficial book of art literature about his definition of the secret to success.

Napoleon goes into depth analysis about the concept that all earned wealth, and achievement comes from the creative faculty of brain.

Providing magic formulas, with direct techniques, principals and laws, he delivers mastered instructions, to be able to procure anything you desire and/or achieve in life. "The mind can achieve whatever it can conceive…" he personally states throughout the book. He also outlines the very important Laws of Success, to adhere by in order to experience the true feeling of happiness and victory.

He intended to share this information to those who fear they will live in poverty (due to the fact this book was written during the 1930s depression era), and especially to those hard working acquisitive humans, who already hold a strong burning desire in achieving anything from those wanting to loose a few pounds to those who have an great urge to achieve the acquisition of wealth . It is more generally directed to those who desire financial freedom.

He encourages to dissipate and avoid any negative impediments, derogatory statements/criticism made by the people around you. He rejuvenates the self esteem of the diffident readers of who's minds are at the peak of loosing all their confidence in themselves. Making them believe the mere idea they need to continue on striving for what they want in life, with the important quality of persistence, knowledge, creative imagination, and staying positive.

This review is just a small insight on the book. In other chapters, Napoleon preaches about faith, sex, decision, indecision, procrastination, and creating a mastermind with the people around you. Being very discursive throughout the book, he covers everything you need to know about becoming the person you want to become.

Overall this book incriminates one to maintaining a healthy and productive lifestyle and encourages the mind to be receptive to ideas, that will lead you in the correct logical way to think and grow rich.

I would just like to say that this book helped me in every aspect of my life. I learned alot about the way people think, how to cope with all your fears, and how to overcome your most inner troubles. I used this book not to become richer with money, but rich with life. I lost 123 lbs. just using the same rules that apply to making money. I learned how to find the right mate, how to get the right job, and how to keep the right friends. In all honesty, next to reading the bible to help you through your bad times, this was the next best read. It doesn't matter what religion you are, it will strike the right cord. It's not a book with many pages, but the words are there to last you a lifetime. No doubt in my mind, this book is a hot # on my list, and I would recommed it to anyone who is looking for the path to success in any area of your life. And like anything else that makes you face your own fears, it takes awhile before you can finish this book, because the hardest fears to overcome are the truths, and on that note, rememeber this 'DESIRE' MEANS SUCCESS'.
