Yvonne Tremblay, who
has a B.A.Sc. in Food and Nutrition, is a three-time grand champion
jam and jelly maker. Former associate food editor of Homemaker's magazine,
Yvonne is an educator, professional recipe developer, food stylist,
and food writer. Her recipes have appeared in numerous magazine and
cookbooks. Yvonne also owns Quisine Food Marketing and Nutrition,
whose clients include Kraft, Heinz, Lipton, Weetabix/Alpen, Borden,
Maple Leaf, Fleishmann's, and Foodland Ontario, among others.
