    I highly recommend this book to anyone who plans on, or is making their own baby food.
    My daughter has loved everything I have made from this recipes. Using this book has also given me the confidence to make my own recipes as well.
    Great suggestions and tips regarding the introduction of soilds and beyond!

    As a new mom, time is of the essence and this book fits right in! It gets to the point about freezing & reheating foods, has great little tips, and the recipes are great. I love the pictures too - who knew purees could look so tastey! I am looking at Annabel's other books to purchase that I can use to cook for myself!

    This book was filled with loads of great ideas and important information that I did not realized. I prepared all my own food for my first child but the receipes I used were boring. This book gave me combinations for my second child that I never would of thought of that are super easy to make and delicious; I even want to eat them! All of the ingredients she suggests one can easily purchase and Karmel also tells you what foods can be frozen and nutriental values. I like her ideas so much I want to buy her family cookbook now!
