Easy to read and understand. I found this book is great for the man who wants to retrive or make better his ideal fitness level. I have followed the training guide to the letter for the last two months and have transformed my build. The chapter on diet and cardio is excellent. I am 27 year old former athlete who did not belive in books like this and the training tips and workout plan book really helped me get back in shape. If You are serious about your body, consider this book!
