    This book is an absolute must for anyone looking to leverage the web and build online community. Written by two of the foremost experts in the field it explains, in accessible prose, how to enhance trust and reputation via digital channels. In addition to actionable takeaways for the reader, Brogan and Smith are careful to point out pitfalls and behavioural landmines to avoid.

    This is a FIRST RATE work that any professional, regardless of industry, should read. One of the best books I have read on the subject .
