I got this book when it first came but never did a review on it...

When I watched the movie I kept thinking thngs like "oh, how did they come up with that look?" or "where is that?". It really does give you a behind the scenes view of the movie. The sketches of all the characters are great and once you're done reading it, you're going to start seeing things in the movie you didn't notice before, like how the cullens only wear a certain colour palette. It's a great book and I would recommend it to any Twifan!!

Great book, it's just it's a one time read kind of book. After you read it one time, it'd get boring. I'd suggest taking it out at your local library instead of cashing big bucks on a book you'd read once. Other then that, it was great!

This notebook is an absolute must for the Twilght saga fan. Readers can truly get a feel of what it is like to produce such a highly anticipated film by showing screen shots, sketches, location scouting shots, character profiles, etc. Catherine Hardwicke also explains the obstacles the cast and the crew had to face during the shooting of the film, such as the limilted budget and the ever-changing whether.

It was a delight to read through this book like a mini scrap-book.

From the Critics

Praise for the film Twilight : "Epic! Sexy, stylish and altogether the coolest movie of the year" - Shawn Edwards, Fox TV ". . . getting Catherine Hardwicke to direct Twilight was a shrewd move, because the youthquake specialists of Thirteen treats teen confusion without a trace of condensation. . . .She has reconjured Meyer''s novel as a cloudburst mood piece filled with stormy skies, rippling hormones, and understated visual effects." - Owen Gleiberman, Entertainment Weekly "Hardwicke has connected so intensely to the Meyer novel that it''s hard to imagine anyone else making a better version." - Kenneth Turan, Los Angeles Times
