    I bought this book in January and I think its fabulous. The nutrition info is scientifically backed up and the recipes are delicious. I made some muffins for a get together with my friends and they were a hit. My friends had lots of questions about nutrition and kept asking "how do you know that because I can't make sense of all the info out there". My answer is that I've been reading the UHEP. I'm so confident in this book that I am buying it for my three closest friends. I think they will enjoy having their own copies because no way am I letting mine out of my sight. Forget gimmicky low carb, south beach, eat like french women stuff. This book is intelligent and based on the best nutrition info out there AND it comes with recipes to help you implement the changes you want to make. I'm not following their eating plans but I have taken small steps to get closer to eating healthfully. GREAT BOOK!

    This book is amazing. Liz did an amazing job of writing this book. The information is easy to understand and the recipies are great! I know Liz and I have come to relize through her food that healthy can still taste good! Thanks soo much! You did an amazing job!!!!!!

    Like other reviewers, I love this book. The nutritional info was easy to understand and scientifically supported. I'm very excited about implementing the healthy eating plan...the recipes look so good. What a great way to start the New Year!

    This book is awesome. The nutritional information is helpful and the recipes are great. I attended a cooking class with Liz and the recipes she chose were fantastic. The asian noodle salad is great for summer parties and the muffins are wonderful. Great job ladies!!!
