    Brutally honest

    John Roberts

"This is a brutally honest and informative book on the violent and sickening abuse native children experienced in the name of religion and education. The disgusting and depraved behavior of these men and women who represented our lord and savior to these innocents is very depressing. No one with a son or daughter should avoid reading this book as the lessons and cautions apply to all the sexual abuse in our society. I'm sure that the author and lawyer, Scott Hall, struggled significantly to put pen to paper - an enormous task to revisit all these situations when the emotional healing had already started for and with each of his clients."

I must add to that previous review. The guy who wrote this book is not a doctor. He's not a therapist. He's a lawyer.

That said, he has a better grasp of what sexual abuse is all about than anyone I've ever read.

This is probably because he has had so many case studies to draw on.

I learned a lot from reading this.

You will too. If you are a therapist, this will help your patients. Maybe even patients you don't KNOW were sexually abused when they were young.

I learned things here I was never taught as a Psychologist.

Suggest you go to www.unforgivablesins.com where there is a great deal of helpful info including passages from the book itself.
