I regularly bake on Mondays for the people I work with and some of our customers, and having gone vegan I thought this would fade away... NOT TRUE!!
This book is filled with amazing recipes that don't require weird and wonderful ingredients, chances are you already have these things.
I highly suggest lowering your eco-footprint and increasing your popularity with the sweet-toothes in your life with this book!!
