Babylon 5 is a great TV series, and some of the books fit right in.
This one, however, is written for juveniles. The plot depends on
coincidence, including recognizing Talia Winters by "her rear end"
after noting that the woman had "the finest can he had seen in a
long time"
An equally bad criticism is that the plot is pointless. A telepath
who wants to convince the Psi Corps that she is innocent could do
it very easily - but she instead runs away.
Reading this book led me to decide not to read any others in the
series, but apparently there are some better more recent ones.
