I know Nicolas Malo from a past career experience where he managed a highly effective web site serving million of consumers online in French. So when he launched his new book in Montreal the other day I had to be there and get a copy! After one week of reading on the train the book gave me a very good 360 degrees view of what is Web Analytics, how do make the most of it and most of all where to start.
