I know Nicolas Malo from a past career experience where he managed a highly effective web site serving million of consumers online in French. So when he launched his new book in Montreal the other day I had to be there and get a copy!

After one week of reading on the train the book gave me a very good 360 degrees view of what is Web Analytics, how do make the most of it and most of all where to start. All this in French that did not get me lost in translation!

Remarkable is the word that comes to my mind and I am looking forward to your next book!
