    A panacea it's not: it is, however, useful if applied correctly. Bolles deserves some credit for updating his masterwork on an annual basis, I suppose. The best advice actually does come from Gloria Vanderbilt, who told her son Anderson Cooper (of CNN's 360) to "follow his bliss." The idea is that we all spend a great deal of time working.
