Some good insight, but brace yourself

That this wasn't a book trying to give advice but rather, offered an interesting collection of real people's lives was fantastic. It made me inspect my own life and I gleaned a couple of person to do's out of it. The writing style however, made retention difficult. I found myself constantly rereading pieces to remind myself what the point of that chapter was. Po interviewed over 800 people from coast to coast and shared from their stories, what they learned about the experience of wrestling with one of the most important questions in our lives. If you don't enjoy this book, then you aren't ready to search for meaning in you life...every story in the book can help you in your journey. It won't answer your questions, but it will offer you some guidance through other people's struggles and triumphs, some of which you will relate to and some you won't. Definitely recommended to anyone who likes to think about their life and what it's all about. + read more

I liked this book a lot. I admit I was looking for more specific advice, but as I finished it, I realized that the point was that no one can give you the advice. You have to be open, aware, take risks, remember what you enjoy. The book contained interesting stories of others' journeys as they found their niche in world. I think Mr. Bronson did a good job putting this book together, it's beautiful, the way destiny has its ways in other peoples' lives. It really makes you think about your life, and you never know when it can change. + read more

Don't Waste Your Money

Although I was pumped to read this book, I could not get past the first few chapters. I could not get into it. My husband picked up the book too and after a bit asked me if I liked it. I said no and he said Good, it's just not me . I find Mr. Bronson's writing childish, immature and interferes with the story he is trying to tell. I am an avid reader and really enjoy a good book.
