Very little research has been done for this book, other than
observations from the author, who blames wheat for all deseases
under the sun...
Contrary to the statement made in the book, we all know deep down
that the obesity problem in our society, is more related to food
quantity and quality vs our activity levels and not wheat, carbs,
gi index and so on.
If nutrition is of interest, look into the china study or the
okinawa program, two books that actually have research and common
sense to back them up.
