When Only the Love Remains is an extremely moving book of poems that chronicle Emily Stuparyk’s journey through the total spectrum of emotions associated with losing a cherished family member — her beloved rabbit, Poochie. This book touched my heart. I felt as if I had written these poems myself and as I read them, it seemed that the author was right there, listening to my story, comforting me, sharing my tears and eventually my smiles as I remembered my Smokey. Thank you Emily!
