Hutchinson has really done his research, pulling together and
distilling the latest and best studies into one concise,
entertaining volume. The book is essentially a reference that
doesn't require cover-to-cover reading, but you'll find yourself
doing just that because of Hutchinson's engaging writing style.
Well placed anecdotes and humourous observations liven up what
potentially could have been pretty dry reading.
While a lot of the information is useful in a purely practical way,
you might be surprised by how much this book can motivate you to
get moving! Not only does the book make a compelling case for the
benefits of exercise, it also dispels some of the doubts (or
