This journal has suggestions on each page. It is a great stress busted. I bought it for my teenager but I also find it fun and interesting. There are things to do that I was never allowed todo before to a book but it's allowed in this journal.

This book gets your creativity running...Painting with your tongue, wearing the book as a piece of clothing. Yes, at times people around me thought I was losing it. But that is the beauty of this book.

I am a middle school librarian that, because of school closures, will be leaving my school to go to a differant one next year. I bought a "Wreck this Journal" and have allowed alot of the students here to pick a page, do what it says, and then sign it for me. Not only do I get to keep the fun memories but they got to have fun doing it. I highly recommend this book for any teenager in your life. I will be buying a few more to give away as gifts before the end of the school year.
