I have thoroughly enjoyed every page of this book. It helps you appreciate just how much of what happens in your life is within your control. A must read ...again and again and again!!

Louise Hay demonstrates why she is the "go to" person in self healing. I have bought several copies of this book to give to people going through difficult times and forget to focus on themselves during the process. Understanding and loving yourself is the first step in healing and moving forward to a balanced and happy life. I re-read this book almost every six months.

REALLY BEAUTIFUL BOOK, COLORFUL, MAKES YOU WANT TO READ IT, EXTREMELY INSPERATIONAL, BE PREPARED TO CHANGES YOUR THOUGHTS, WAY OF THINKING TO A MORE POSITIVE MANNER, YOU REALLY JUST CAN'T HELP BUT DO IT !!! / I KNEW FROM PAGE ONE IT WAS GOING TO BE A REALLY GOOD READ, I HAVE ENJOYED DOING ALL THE MINI EXERCIZES, IT REALLY HELPS, MY BOOK IS COVERED IN WRITTING, NOTES ETC., / WHEN / IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY IT, YOU WILL / MIGHT THINK ... HMMM BUT I KNOW THIS STUFF, AS I DID .... AS YOU START GETTING DEEPER INTO THE BOOK, YOU WILL SEE HOW THE VERY WORDS WE ALREADY KNOW, TAKE ON A DIFFERENT, MORE POSITIVE MEANING TO THEM, ALL ON THEIR OWN ...

'you can heal your life' is one of the best books i have ever read!! its unbelievable how much your life can change just after one chapter. my perspective of life has changed and i feel that i can accomplish anything. all is well in my life....

Louise Hay never fails to clearly, concisely and loving take us to those place within ourselves that we'd rather not look. And with the exploration, of course comes healing. Thought provoking and infinitely inspiring!

Louise's word spoke right to me. What a gifted writer and what a kind soul she has. This book can literally save lives!

This was Louise L. Hay's first book that I read and now I have a huge collection of hers. She is unique and intelligent and her words are very inspiring at all times - but especially when you are going through a difficult time in your life.

I have since bought 3 or 4 copies of this book because everyone who reads it loves it and I love to share it with everyone - buy it in bulk :-)

This book literally changed my life. I first read it back in 1990, and felt it's wonderful effects for the next 4 years as I found my inner strength. Unfortunately, I let my disipline slip and have only now just got back to putting into practise the wonderful insights contained in this book. I hope you will find this book (and others by Louise) just as perfect as I did. Best wishes..

Recently, I have been having a struggle with my very low self-esteem and self-worth. My husband and I have been going through a down period, and I knew that I was a heavy contributor to our trials and tribulations. My sister recommended me to a friend of hers, who is a natural homeopathic healer. He has worked with her for several months and I noticed dramatic changes in my sister's life and I so desparately wanted those changes in mine. Richard, the natural doctor, that's what I call him, recommended to me "You Can Heal Your Life", by Louise L. Hay. I started to read her book with a little bit of hesitancy because I thought just another self-help book. It turned out to be the opposite of all those 25 self-help books I have purchased in the 7 months. I truly was in awe with her techniques, and I already put into practice several of her affirmations, and I am slowly beginning to see a change in my positive thinking. I am open to her philosophy and I will continue to stick with her techniques. I will give her credit because something is working!!!

Louise Hay's journey through life is truly an inspiration to all who have happened along any of her books or tapes. "You Can Heal Your Life", certainly can do just that. The information contained in the book and the candor which Ms. Hay uses, gives wonderful insight into the cause of dis-ease in ones life. If you can take the time to even absorb and meditate on half the material covered in her book, certainly anyones life could change for the better. I recommend this book to all who are in search of enlightenment and joy in living.

I read a few of Louis Hayes books and I really believe in her philosophy of how the mental and physical is connected. I been practicing her methods of healing and have never felt healthier and better in my life. I am 44 year old mother to be. I recommended this book to many women, especially women who have been abused a lot. I believe that this philosophy will help women and men all over turn their energy inwards to work on themselves, which is so important to your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. For example, I have an aunt who went blind after her husband of many years died, she was diagnosed with cancer of the breast and had a mastecomy. She is now regaining her eyesight since she started to work closely with her emotional baggage. I recommend this book to all who can open their minds, hearts and souls to another form of healing.

This updated version of "You Can Heal Your Life" is wonderful and insightful. It gives people hope that life does get better. It will change thinking patterns that have kept us unhappy and unsatisfied with life. It boosts self-esteem, and promotes LOVE, which this world definitely needs more of! I have bought 3 books as gifts to my friends and family.

This is the most wonderfully true book! a very interesting and helpful writing to make you see that life is in your own hands- very empowering! this is a must read and i will continue to read books by this amazing author.
