Perfect for the holiday season this bartender's guide contains recipes for over a thousand mixed drinks, and guidelines for how to best serve your creations. The instructions are simple and clear, but the most appealing thing is the special lie-flat binding. You don't have to break the spine to keep it open at the spot you want. A thorough and potent handbook.
