Cambridge Reading is a major scheme providing stimulating books and support materials for the teaching of reading throughout the elementary years. Topics such as making maps, going swimming and forecasting the weather are topics from the child''s own environment, which have the potential to lead into activities involving the children''s writing on a similar theme.
