Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I love this book. It is as beautiful as it is helpful. After buying one for myself I bought a second to give away. I'm a bit disappointed they are out of stock online, as I'd buy another to give away if I could. I'm a casual home baker and found that this book is organized nicely, and has tons of great info, beautiful pictures, and is easy and enjoyable to read. I have not tried any recipes in the book, as I have only had it about a month, but they look good and I'm sure I'll try some of them. I am enjoying reading through this book, and learn something new every time I sit down with it.
