Randy Holloway works as a technical advisor for
Microsoft's enterprise software customers in St. Louis. Prior to
joining Microsoft, Randy served as an IT director focused on
software engineering and ERP systems support in addition to his
writing and speaking engagements for a variety of industry
publications and conferences. Randy holds a B.S. from Mississippi
State University. He lives in St. Louis, Missouri, with his wife

Andrej Kyselica advises Microsoft's enterprise
healthcare customers on technology strategy and architecture.
Before joining Microsoft, Andrej worked in consulting for 9 years
as a practice director and CTO focusing on .NET and portal
solutions. Outside of work, Andrej enjoys cycling, running, and
spending time outdoors with his wife and five children.
Steve Caravajal is a principal architect with
the Microsoft Corporation. He has been architecting, deploying, and
customizing SharePoint solutions since v1. Steve has over 25 years'
experience in technology and product development. He holds a B.S.
in chemistry and mathematics and a doctoral degree in chemistry and
computer science. Steve is a software developer at heart, having
written and managed the development of numerous enterprise software
applications in .NET, Java, and C++. He currently lives in
Cincinnati with his wife Rosemary. In his spare time he enjoys
playing foosball, ping-pong, and blackjack.
