About the Author

Dr.Wynnie Chan is a Public Health Nutritionist. She is also the editor of four books in the McCance and Widdowson''s The Composition of Foods series. She has written numerous articles for consumer magazines and newspapers, as well as scientific journals. She appears frequently on TV and radio programmes.
